Very nice hotel. The staff is friendly and very nice! Special greetings to the Russian-speaking bartender and two managers who try to help us always :) breakfasts are good! The rooms are clean and spacious, although I know that they are quite tiny, though improved. The hotel has no elevator, just a steep spiral staircase. It didn't give us any problems, because the suitcases helped us to carry them, but maybe someone wouldn't be very comfortable. It's 15-20 minutes walk to the center :) it's a big plus when you return to a quiet area in the evening :)
Parking! 43 euros a day! After walking around Amsterdam, we realized that it's still very cheap. so whoever travels by car. keep in mind. 2 km from the hotel there is an Olympic stadium with parking for 8-10 euros per day. The only thing to do when you park your car there is to buy a public transport ticket and ride it (make sure to scan the ticket when you get on the tram and when you get off!). or the parking will be much more expensive!

The bed was really comfortable, we had door out to the garden and it was in a great location - meant we got to walk through the park into town everyday
Was a little bit noisy at night when people came back to the hotel but our room was beneath the main stairs so no wonder..not that much of a problem though as the bed was so comfy it made up for it!

The gentleman who attended us upon arrival was very kind (I imagine he is the owner), he explained everything about our reservation as well as the basics of the city, he gave us a map in which he indicated where the hotel was located as well as the areas of the city, he also guided us with the transportation without asking. We found this to be a great hospitality detail. His wife serves breakfast and is also very kind, the food is enough for a continental breakfast. The rooms are spacious for the average European. There is a Tram station on the corner where you can go directly to the Central Station and borrow bikes.
It seems that they don't do a daily cleaning of the room, they only fix the bed and put the towels in, because on the second day, the floor was dusty. There were only 2 contacts in the whole room and next to the bed, none in the bathroom to connect the dryer. The room also had a coffee maker (good detail) but not where to connect it because, where the coffee maker is there is no contact and where there is contact there is no table. There is a lack of maintenance to the facilities, the carpet on the stairs smells bad.

The value was excellent, the room was clean and the neighbourhood was nice and quiet.
We booked a double room, however it was just two single beds pushed together.

Nice place near famous park. Not far from the center. Really good and pleasant personal (Thank you guys!). Comfortable and good looking hotel.+ Excellent location next to a beautiful park, and not far from the center.in the park you should definitely walk, we saw ducks with ducks, geese, crane or heron. And in general it is a very beautiful park. When we arrived, we were even helped to bring a suitcase upstairs in our room (although we refused :)). At breakfast, the woman constantly offered coffee, in general it was very pleasant. Continue this way!+ Room is nice and clean, and it is not noisy. The hotel is quite beautiful, especially downstairs where there is a small bar.
Everything was really nice. Maybe the only flaw is steep stairs but it's because of old building I think. Everything was cool. The only flaw is steep stairs if you live on the top floors. Maybe an older person wouldn't be very comfortable living on the upper floors.
